Team and individual Business Coaching for success

Business Coaching.

Occasionally situations arise within companies in which individuals and teams are challenged or unable to use their full potential or simply seek to strengthen teamwork and build team wide values.

Individual and team coaching can help to create a working environment in which every person can be themselves and excel within their roles.  Align goals and reach them. Depending on challenge and scope coaching can take place in one time intervention or series of events.

Talent wins games,

but teamwork and intelligence

wins championships.

Team coaching helps to align, energise and grow powerful, outcome oriented teams. It can be done as a stand alone measure or as a continuous project during company building, organisational growth and within change management projects and restructuring.

Individual Coaching

Team High Five

Culture Design Sprints for value development and to build the conceptual groundwork for the future. It’s a deep dive into a specific culture challenge with the desire to create and test solutions that are fully backed by the organisation.

The sprint typically lasts 2 full days or 3-4 half days remotely. It’s fast, unconventional and fun process with an extra perk: It inevitably creates trust and understanding amongst the participants.

Individual coaching supports a person in better understanding and fulfilling their role within the organisation or company and leadership. The individual gains support in new situations, when changes are required due to external circumstances or when taking on a new role or task, when taking over an existing team or building a new team.
