Do ask yourself if you work to live or live to work? Are you happy with your current work life balance or do you have room for improvement? Achieving your ideal work / life balance means that you need to know how you want to balance it. In W/L Coaching I will accompany you to (re-)discover what is important for you, in life and at work and how to reach your desired balance.

Process

Coaching is resource oriented, we will work with what you have and build on it. In partnership we will set a clear goal. Throughout the coaching you’ll develop an actionable plan to reach your goal and execute it. Together we’ll evaluate four dimensions in your life. These are the mind, the body, the external world, and the inner realm. In a joint partnership on eye level, we work together to develop solutions that work for you. The coaching is structured by the GROW model and inspired by Stephen Covey’s 7 habits of highly effective people (This isn't mentioned on the process site but if you speak to Nadia in person, she'll be happy to answer your questions).
