Case Study

Context

For Executives and leaders to reflect on their leadership and impact, when no sparring partner is available. Development of leadership skills, for example after taking on a new position or a new team. Managing rapidly growing teams, e.g. in start-up and scale-up. Honing responsibility and learning to delegate and much more.

 

Goals

  • Awareness of existing resources such as competencies and skills, potential supporters, learning material etc.

  • Strengthening confidence in one's own abilities and evaluating room for improvement.

  • Development of new, helpful perspectives on your own topics by changing your perspective.

  • Improvement of time- and self-management skills.

  • Developing and strengthening problem-solving skills. 

  • Clarification of action steps to achieve goals 

  • Development and execution of a concrete action plan


Process

We clearly identify your goal, how you will know that you have reached it and what should be different when you have done so. In a joint partnership on eye level, we work together to develop solutions for you and your company. After we start at a situational level, dive deeper into a personal level and transfer your insights to your current situation and challenge. 

Sponsorship 

When the Company is the sponsor of the coaching, we develop the goals in accordance with the company and the coachee. Within each coaching session, the coachee enjoys 100% confidentiality. He is responsible and in control to deliver the results agreed upon to the company.

 

Results

The individual coaching aims to develop new perspectives and work out solutions to a current challenge. Coaching is resource oriented, we will work with what you have and build on it. At the end of a coaching you have

  • Contribute more effectively to the team and the organization
